Long-Term Care mandatory training
At Learnici, we specialize in long-term care (LTC) training. Our curriculum, developed by experienced LTC professionals and subject matter experts, meets current regulations and best practices. Our interactive content offers a guided facilitation style, simulating live training sessions, and allows staff to engage with the material in their preferred way—whether
narrated or non-narrated. Our LTC Mandatory Training courses (required upon hire and annually) accommodate different learning styles, with nondirect care staff completing training in 2 to 3 hours and direct care staff in 4 to 5 hours
New ‘Refresh’ version of the LTC mandatory training!
New for 2024 is our LTC Mandatory Education ‘refresh’ version recommended for repeat learners, physicians, and managers. It includes all the content of the main version and so meets all the requirements of the Act and Regs. The Refresher version allows faster navigation, yet the learner must still complete all the knowledge checks to ensure knowledge of the content. Completion time is approximately 1 hour for non-direct care staff and 2 hours for direct care staff.
